Discounts
- We offer 5% discount when the total value of your order is over 30,000JPY.

Payment
- Choose your payment method from credit card or bank transfer
- Price, shipping and handling charge, and the total amount will be shown after you choose your payment method.
- If you choose the bank transfer payment, bank account information will be informed by e-mail.
Please kindly bear the bank remitting charges at your end.
Please be aware value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST) and those subsidiary fees may be added by the decision of your government when the ordered items enter your country.
We do not cover those charges because international customers who order us to dispatch to outside Japan, will be considered the importers, responsible for paying those.
Customs regulations and transnational charges related to the customs vary. Unfortunately, we can neither inform you if it would happen to your parcel nor how much it will be.

Applicable on all international orders later than 2020 December 29th 14:00 in Japan time.
Due to the recent climate by Covid-19, delivery time may irregularly be added some days. Thank you very much for your understanding in advance.

Return and Exchange
We DO NOT accept any returns and exchanges of products unless
it is manufacturing defect such as missing pages or pages out of order.
We do not accept any returns of products with crushed corner/bent and cracked CD case.
Every item is satisfaction guaranteed but if the item received is manufacturing defect or wrong item,
please let us know by e-mail. We will send the fine item for free of shipping charge.
